Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions govern the provision of counseling services by Reflective Roots to Client. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any Services with Reflective Roots. By scheduling or attending a counseling session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services Offered

Reflective Roots offers individual counselling services to adults facing a variety of emotional and
mental health challenges. We utilize a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your
specific needs and goals. Some of the areas we may address include, but are not limited to:
● Anxiety
● Depression
● Stress Management
● Relationship Issues
● Grief and Loss
● Self-esteem
● Trauma

Confidentiality

Reflective Roots maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed during counselling sessions, except as required by law or as outlined in these terms. We will not disclose any information about you or your sessions to a third party without your written consent.

Exceptions to confidentiality include:

● Suspected child abuse or neglect
● Risk of harm to yourself or others
● Court order requiring disclosure of information

Payment and Fees

● Fees: You are responsible for the payment of per session counselling fee before the time of
service. We will provide you with fees prior to scheduling your first session.
● Payment Methods: We accept payment by cash or net banking or UPI.
● Insurance: We do not currently bill insurance companies directly. However, we can provide you with an invoice for services rendered if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
● Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a full session fee.
● Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without prior notification will be charged the full session fee.

Termination of Services

● Client Termination: You have the right to terminate counselling services at any time. We recommend discussing termination with your counsellor to ensure a smooth transition.
● Therapist Termination: In rare circumstances, Reflective Roots may need to terminate services with a client. We will provide you with a reasonable notice period and assist you in finding alternative care, if necessary.

Disclaimer

Reflective Roots strives to provide high-quality counselling services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Counselling is a collaborative process, and your success will depend on your active participation and commitment to the therapeutic process.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [where

Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reflective Roots concerning the
provision of counselling services.
